Learn more about how we make our products by joining a guided tour of our factory. You’ll discover our laboratories, see how our products are produced and packaged, and learn what makes them truly unique.
Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to awaken your senses by experiencing different textures and wonderful fragrances. Join us on a journey into a world of true beauty, inspired by people and nature.
We offer guided tours 7 days a week from June to September. From October to May, guided tours are available Monday to Friday.
The tour is conducted in French or English and lasts approximately one hour.

MUSEUM
Since 1976, L’Occitane en Provence has been creating natural beauty products inspired by the Mediterranean.Through both permanent and temporary exhibitions, you can discover the key moments and stories that have shaped L’Occitane into the passionate brand it is today.
We offer guided tours 7 days a week from June to September. From October to May, guided tours are available Monday to Friday.
The tour is conducted in French or English, lasts approximately one hour, and is available upon request.

GARDEN
Awaken your senses with a stroll through our Mediterranean garden, home to a variety of wild and cultivated species. Discover the distinctive scents of the Mediterranean and the different medicinal plants we use in our products.
We offer guided tours 7 days a week from June to September. From October to May, guided tours are available Monday to Friday.
The tour is conducted in French or English and lasts approximately one hour — 30 minutes in the garden and 30 minutes in the museum. Tours are available upon request.
THE MUSEUM
The world of L’Occitane is filled with wonderful stories. In our interactive areas, you can discover more about them through an immersive experience designed to engage all your senses.
The museum also features temporary exhibitions that change each season.Free admission and guided tours are available year-round, Monday to Saturday. Tours are conducted in French or English and last approximately one hour.
The museum is also open on Sundays from June to September.

MEDITERRANEAN GARDEN
Give your senses a unique experience with a stroll through our Mediterranean Garden, filled with both wild and cultivated species. Discover the distinctive scents of the Mediterranean and the medicinal plants we use in our fragrances and skincare products.
Free admission and guided tours are available year-round, Monday to Saturday. Tours are conducted in French or English.Duration: 1 hour (30 minutes in the garden + 30 minutes in the museum)
The garden is also open on Sundays from June to September.
