REFILLS – LESS PLASTIC, MORE SUSTAINABLE
Many of our products are available in refill formats, using 65-90% less plastic than a standard bottle. We are continuously expanding our refill range to offer more sustainable choices. When you have the option, choose the refill.
RECYCLING
LOOP: TRANSFORMATIVE TECHNOLOGY
L’Occitane en Provence has entered into a multi-year partnership with Loop Industries (link: Loop Industries - Home), which uses a breakthrough technology to transform plastic waste into pure, food-grade PET plastic.
L’OCCITANE SETS SAIL FOR A CLEANER WORLD
Together with Plastic Odyssey, we are setting sail on a journey across the oceans to collect and recycle plastic waste, transforming it into a valuable new resource.
THE WAY FORWARD
RETHINKING PACKAGING
We believe in keeping our packaging simple, without unnecessary materials. By reducing the thickness of our packaging, we have already saved 28 tonnes of plastic. Our next step is to replace cellophane wrapping with an eco-friendly, biodegradable alternative made from FSC-certified wood fibres.
